How to Submit Proposals
The Phil Hardin Foundation accepts unsolicited and solicited proposals
from public school districts, federally tax-exempt private and parochial schools,
community colleges, colleges, universities, governmental organizations, and
any other charitable tax-exempt non-profit organization. Proposals should
be compatible with at least one of the foundation’s six planning themes.
We encourage proposals that address more than one theme in strategic and
interrelated ways.

Process for Unsolicited Proposals
Any of these organizations may submit an unsolicited proposal at any time.
To ensure timely consideration, we appreciate receiving applications at least three
months in advance of the date by which a funding decision is needed.
